Job Summary
Assists the Regional NTP team in the implementation of the PBSP-CHD Grant Agreement. Provides assistance to Regional NTP activities. Assist Regional NTP in report preparation (programmatic/financial).
Area of Assignment: DOH Region IV-A CHD (Quezon City)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Assists the CHD-NTP Staff in the PMDT implementation in the region.
- Assists in the coordination with the DOH-NTP and PBSP in the conduct of advocacy and expansion activities
- Assists the CHD-NTP Staff in the provision of clinical and technical assistance to the PMDT facilities
- Assists in the monitoring of PMDT Drugs, medical supplies, laboratory equipment of the PMDT Facilities
- Assists in the conduct of PMDT Program Monitoring and Validation
- Assists in the monitoring of financial disbursements
- Assists in the preparation of programmatic and financial reports
- Coordinates with LGU partners for timely delivery of outputs
- Provides administrative and logistics backstopping to CHDs
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate supervisor and/or management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Education : Bachelors degree (Social/Health Sciences) Masters Degree/Units in Public Health, Public Administration, or Public/Business Administration is an advantage
Experience : At least 1 to 2-year experience in project management in an NGO or similar organization. Experience in dealing with NGO, LGUs, DOH and Donors is required Experience in Project Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation is an advantage
Other / Special Skills : Computer literate with wide knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google tools/applications; Good in written and verbal communication skills; Good in document organization; Must be a team player, flexible and service-oriented; Training & Facilitation skills; Report Writing (Technical and Financial)
