Tax Manager

Tax Manager - Kalbe Ecossential International Inc.

This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with tax and financial regulations through accurate reporting, effective budgeting, and successful audit management.

1. Tax Compliance and Reporting: Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including planning, reporting and audits
2. Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with PFRS and regulatory requirement
3. Financial Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with all department
4. Financial Audit: Lead both internal and external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure adherence to financial and operational standards
5. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the accounting and tax team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
6. Stockholder Communication: Provide clear financial analysis and reporting to management and BOD

Requirements

1. CPA certification is an advantage
2. With minimum of 5 years specifically as Tax Sr. Supervisor or Manager
3. Has experience handling full cycle of tax audit
4. Willing to work on-site located in Manggahan, Pasig City.
