Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VP/AVP Tax Head, located in Taguig. The Tax Head will be responsible for leading the company's tax-related functions, including handling tax compliance, tax planning, and overall tax strategy. Key responsibilities include overseeing tax preparation and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and laws, developing strategies to minimize tax liabilities, and managing tax risks. The Tax Head will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local and international tax policies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Tax Compliance and familiarity with Tax Preparation
• Knowledge and experience in Tax Accounting and understanding of Tax Law
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, with a proven track record in tax-related roles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Experience with local and international tax regulations is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications or degrees are a plus
