Tax Compliance Specialist!
This role ensures that an individual or organization meets all legal tax obligations by accurately preparing filings, monitoring legislative changes, and managing relationship with tax authorities.
The Main Responsibilities Of a TAX COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST Include
- Handles the over-all tax compliance and identifies and mitigates risks related to taxes.
- Delivers a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within the required time-frame.
- Build relationships and interact with clients and provides consultancy services.
- Contemplates innovative tax planning and reviews complex income tax returns.
- Identifies and mitigates tax risks,
- Manages tax provision and tax compliance processes.
- Improves processes by developing or implementing best practices.
- Manages and coordinates tax audits.
- Maintains tax balances on general ledger.
- Prepares all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests.
- Maintains good relationship with other employees
- Performs other tasks assigned by the Vice President for Finance.
To be successful in this role you must be
- A graduate of a Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Financial Accounting, or equivalent.
- Experienced for 35 years in the field of tax compliance, dealing with BIR Tax Compliance and Audit procedures.
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles, Tax Code, and current tax rules and regulations.
- Proficient in Peach Tree Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel for accurate data management and reporting.
- Highly Analytical with the ability to interpret complex financial information and post figures accurately into accounting systems.
- Self-Motivated with a strong sense of urgency to take action.
- An Effective Communicator who can convey tax-related information clearly, both orally and in writing.
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date: January 2026
- Employment Type: Full-time Employee
- Work Location: On-site
- Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays: Monday - Friday
- Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines.
