Key Responsibilities
Tax Compliance and Preparation
- Compute and prepare tax returns in accordance with applicable Philippine tax laws and regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax filings and related documentation to maintain full compliance.
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and government requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents required for tax filings, audits, and regulatory submissions.
Financial and Administrative Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance Team in various accounting and compliance-related activities.
- Assist in maintaining organized financial records and documentation.
Data Management and Reporting
- Utilize MS Excel and other tools to assist in tracking tax-related data, preparing reports, and maintaining financial records.
- Support the finance team in analyzing financial data when needed.
Additional Duties
- Perform additional tasks, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; up to 2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a structured, compliance-focused environment.
