Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Tax and Insurance Manager. The professional will oversee and ensure compliance with tax regulations, manage the company's insurance portfolio, and handle related financial operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing tax reports and filings, developing strategies to optimize tax positions, negotiating and managing insurance policies, mitigating risks, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. The Tax and Insurance Manager will play a vital role in providing advisory expertise and leading robust team management initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, including tax compliance, reporting, and strategic financial planning
- Proven knowledge and experience in managing Insurance portfolios and risk mitigation
- Proficient leadership and Team Management skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in Sales or negotiations in a related field is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) and experience in the energy sector are a plus
