- Mid-to-senior experience in Philippine tax compliance and statutory reporting
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements (BIR, SEC, PEZA, BOI, and related agencies)
- Experience managing audits, filings, and compliance cycles with accuracy and timeliness
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to maintain structured documentation for audits and reporting
- Comfortable with an onsite work setup in Cebu City, collaborating with internal finance leadership and external partners
- Ability to use AI-enabled tools to streamline compliance and reporting processes
- Structured, disciplined mindset, ensuring regulatory deadlines are met without surprises
- Proactive in identifying tax risks and providing actionable insights for planning and mitigation
