About Our Client

Our client is a global leader in renewable energy solutions, specialising in wind power technology and services. They are expanding their shared services operations in the Philippines to centralise tax functions across regions.

Job Description

  • Execute GL reconciliations for VAT-related accounts
  • Prepare IFRS postings and VAT revaluations
  • Maintain VAT controlling files and perform invoice analysis
  • Handle VAT settlements and month-end closing
  • Prepare VAT returns, Intrastat, ECSL, and reports
  • Track VAT receivables, refunds, and cash flow forecasts
  • Coordinate with AP, AR, and intercompany teams

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Tax Analyst Should Have

  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in VAT or indirect tax
  • Strong accounting and tax fundamentals
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience being in a Shared service
  • Experience with multinational stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
