Job Summary
The Talent Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading strategic sourcing initiatives to attract high-quality candidates across technical and corporate functions. The role focuses on building proactive talent pipelines, strengthening sourcing strategies, and managing a team of sourcing specialists to support aggressive hiring demands within a fast-paced technology-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sourcing team to deliver qualified candidate pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies across various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
- Partner closely with Recruitment, HR, and business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Build and maintain talent communities for technical and leadership roles.
- Utilize market mapping and competitor intelligence to identify top talent within the Tech and IT industry.
- Monitor sourcing metrics, productivity reports, and pipeline conversion performance.
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing operations and employer branding support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Must come from a Tech or IT company.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Talent Sourcing or Recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience sourcing for technical, IT, engineering, or shared services positions.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing analytics tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
