Job Summary
The Strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager is responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies to support organizational growth and workforce expansion. The role focuses on building strong technical talent pipelines, managing sourcing operations, and enhancing talent engagement initiatives for hard-to-fill and leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-term sourcing strategies aligned with business hiring goals.
- Lead sourcing projects for technical, IT infrastructure, engineering, and support functions.
- Utilize data-driven recruitment sourcing techniques to improve candidate generation.
- Build relationships with industry networks, universities, and talent communities.
- Manage sourcing vendors and external recruitment partnerships when necessary.
- Conduct regular market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
- Coach and guide sourcing teams on advanced sourcing practices and candidate engagement.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related discipline.
- Must have prior experience from a Tech or IT company.
- Minimum of 5 years sourcing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong exposure to technical recruitment sourcing and talent mapping.
- Experience managing sourcing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
