Job Description

Job Title: Talent Screener – IT & Engineering (Philippines)

Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: PHP 45,000/month + Commission. OTE is 45K/month commission (90K/month total compmensation) by end of year one

About the Role

Cullerton Group is hiring a Talent Screener to support our internal IT and Engineering recruitment operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience conducting candidate phone screens. You'll play a key part in qualifying candidates before they're submitted to recruiters and clients.

This is a remote, full-time internal role supporting U.S.-based recruiting projects.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Screening & Qualification

  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews with candidates for IT and Engineering roles.
  • Assess candidate fit based on experience, technical skillset, communication ability, and availability.
  • Validate compensation expectations and interest in specific roles.
  • Document feedback and screening notes in a clear, structured format.

Recruitment Coordination & Administration

  • Prepare candidate submissions and ensure resumes are properly formatted.
  • Update candidate status and communication history in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Track follow-ups and help manage candidate progress in early stages.

Candidate Communication

  • Represent Cullerton Group professionally as the first point of live contact with candidates.
  • Communicate next steps, timelines, and role details clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain timely and courteous communication throughout the screening process.

Collaboration & Internal Workflow

  • Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand screening criteria.
  • Follow internal screening scripts, templates, and documentation standards.
  • Provide feedback to the team on screening outcomes and candidate trends.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, screening, or talent acquisition support (preferably in IT or Engineering).
  • Experience conducting live phone or video candidate interviews.
  • Familiarity with technical roles, tools, and terminology in IT/Engineering.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience using an ATS or recruitment CRM is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
