Job Description

As a Talent Sourcer, you will be at the forefront of our hiring efforts, mapping markets, identifying exceptional candidates, and building long-term talent pipelines for our clients.

You'll work closely with Talent Partners and Consultants, contributing to strategic searches while owning the sourcing lifecycle end-to-end. This is an ideal role for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and research.

The role will involve:

Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify top talent across tech ecosystems

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Identify new sourcing channels, communities, and strategies via LinkedIn

Candidate Engagement

• Reach out to candidates with personalised, high-quality messaging

• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with passive talent

• Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates beyond active roles

Collaboration

• Partner with Talent Partners and Consultants to support live searches

• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on sourcing strategies

• Support coordination across clients, recruiters, and hiring managers when needed

Data & Process Management

• Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS and sourcing tools

• Track sourcing metrics and contribute to improving processes

• Help build structured talent pools and documentation

Continuous Improvement

• Stay up to date on talent market trends (UK, Europe, global tech markets)

• Proactively suggest improvements to sourcing strategies and tools

We're looking for someone who combines curiosity, empathy, and execution:

• 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or research (agency or in-house)

• Strong interest in tech talent markets and global hiring

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• A natural relationship builder with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ)

• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment

• Comfortable working with asynchronous communication and documentation

• Resilient with a get things done mindset

• Eager to learn, improve, and contribute to a high-performance team
