Job Description
As Talent Partner Specialist, you are responsible for resourcing solutions, proactively sourcing, supplying and recruiting new employees and facilitating talent moves in the Ice Cream business. You will manage recruitment from requisition to onboarding, and manage the talent pipeline to guide and advise on resourcing options.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Partner in recruiting and pooling for IC Vacancies in Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore end to end from sourcing to hiring and onboarding
- Manage Internship / apprentice and contingent workforce recruitment
Qualifications
- Educational background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment or HR management.
- Skills: Strong communication, decision-making, and team management skills. Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment software.
- Amenable for a project-based contract for 1 year
