About The Role

As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will support activity across the Talent function, with a primary focus on ensuring the smooth operation of processes through timely and accurate administrative support. Under the guidance of the Talent Operations & Transformation Manager, you will provide learning and development administration and coordination activities regionally, supporting both sales and non-sales business units. You will also administer multiple learning platforms, provide troubleshooting support to teammates, and manage content.

Along The Way, You Will Get To

  • Work closely with the wider Talent and HR teams to support the post induction experience for new hires.
  • Actively contribute continuous improvements to Insight's training processes, initiatives, and strategy.
  • Support regional training activity relating to Sales and Non-Sales Functions, assisting in the design and/or execution of performance and talent management processes and programs.
  • Interface with appropriate teams to ensure training-related components of the development framework are in place.
  • Support the coordination of all training activities, including scheduling, communication, registrations, training materials and room set up.
  • Manage and regularly audit training materials and ensure all materials are on brand, accurate and aligned to key methodologies and publish links to material where relevant.
  • Manage training delivery schedules regionally and publish monthly updates to all country leaders to ensure full communication of the offering.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of the training programs and offer data to support future enhancements.
  • Forge strong relationships within the business in order to help facilitate training activity, advise on most appropriate locations, and be a central point of contact for training questions.
  • Coordinate and liaise with appropriate parties to support with compliance of legislative training requirements.
  • Proactively work with Insight's global geographies to share best practice on Insight's Learning Management System.
  • Support with the management and maintenance of Insight's internal website and Talent App for Talent activity, and coordinate with Marketing where necessary.
  • Support the Talent Operations & Transformation Manager by collating and preparing monthly reports or publications as required regionally.

  • And be the SME for this area through the effective logistical management of the programme.

What we're looking for

  • Administrative experience gained within a recruitment, training, and/or HR capacity.
  • High level of written and spoken English.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Ability to respond quickly and innovatively in order to manage and enhance reputation.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects and tasks concurrently, working at pace to achieve goals against SLAs and to agreed deadlines.
  • Autonomous and self-sufficient, capable of picking up new and varied tasks and quickly understanding how they need to be actioned.
  • Enjoys supporting others and working as part of a team, able to quickly build rapport and establish relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate previous experience of managing a calendar of activity and booking external venues.

  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • A confident, outward-looking, proactive communicator.
  • Experience working with a Learner Management System, or company intranet, to upload content.
  • Previous experience in the preparation and development of monthly reports.
  • Experience of working within a globally diverse environment, showing an understanding of and keen interest in equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Sympathetic, approachable, professional manner but strong and directional and able to exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Demonstrates the ability to deal with ambiguity effectively and a high level of resilience when dealing with setbacks and challenges.
  • An understanding and experience of the design and implementation of new business processes.
  • Previous experience of creating and maintaining complex activity trackers.
  • Previous experience of working with sales management.
  • Previous experience working with a network of trainers to manage a training calendar.
