Job Description

The OFFICE STAFF will provide administrative support to our operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
  • Answering and directing incoming queries and concerns
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents
  • Providing support for various projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a customer-service mindset
  • Relevant administrative or office support experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Willing to work onsite in San Juan City
  • Monday to Friday work schedule
  • Being able to start ASAP is an advantage
  • Open for fresh graduates
