The
OFFICE STAFF will provide administrative support to our operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Answering and directing incoming queries and concerns
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and other documents
- Providing support for various projects as needed
Qualifications
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office suite)
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively
- A positive and proactive attitude with a customer-service mindset
- Relevant administrative or office support experience, preferably in a similar industry
- Willing to work onsite in San Juan City
- Monday to Friday work schedule
- Being able to start ASAP is an advantage
- Open for fresh graduates
