Job Description

A Talent Management Manager identifies, attracts, develops, and retains skilled employees to align with organizational goals, or manages the careers of creative professionals (artists, performers). Key responsibilities include creating recruitment strategies, managing performance, fostering employee engagement, conducting onboarding, and negotiating contracts. They ensure a high-performing workforce through training, succession planning, and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development & Retention:

  • Designing training programs, monitoring performance, and implementing employee engagement initiatives
  • Onboarding & HR Support: Managing the hiring process, conducting background checks, and facilitating new hire onboarding.
  • Strategic Planning: Working with leadership to identify staffing gaps, plan for future hiring needs, and develop succession plans.
  • Negotiation & Relations: Negotiating contracts, managing employee relations, and handling grievances.
  • Data Analysis: Using HRIS tools to measure recruitment effectiveness, turnover rates, and performance metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Manager, Talent Sourcer, HR Manager, or in a similar, relevant role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Abilities: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in understanding market trends
