Strategic Talent Planning - develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with CBSI's overall organizational objectives; analyses current and future workforce needs, identify talent gaps, and design initiatives to address them.
Talent Acquisition – oversees the recruitment process to attract top talent; develop sourcing strategies, optimize recruitment channels, conduct interviews and ensures a positive candidate experience.
Employee Development and Training – implements programs for employee development and skill enhancement; identifies training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Performance Management – establishes policies to support overall performance management processes aligned to corporate requirements.
Succession Planning and Career Development – develops and maintains succession plans to ensure a pipeline of talent for key roles within the organization; identifies high-potential employees, providing them with opportunities for career advancement and growth, and supporting their career development.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree: degree in human resources, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field.
Master's Degree (Optional)
Atleast 7 years of experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, organizational development.
