Talent, Learning & Development Manager (Luxury Retail MNC)

The Opportunity

• My client, a leading organsation (MNC) in the Luxury Retail industry has an exciting opportunity for a Talent & Development Manager to join the SEA team. This position will focus on a vast array of learning and development activities held at the SEA Talent Development Centre including leadership programmes, lab series, cross-brand forums and skills-based workshops
• Dynamic & supportive work environment
• Location: Central
• Monday - Friday
• Salary: Up to $10k (subjected to experience)
• 2 years contract (convertible to perm subjected to performance)

The Talent:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience
• Proven knowledge and experience in a learning/ training role
• Hands-on experience in managing corporate program (End to end)
• Strong organizational skills coupled with precise attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in using virtual communication applications, e.g. Zoom, MS Teams

Job Description

• Develop and execute the regional L&D plan, roadmap, and budget aligned with global strategy
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end learning programmes, including leadership and skills‑based initiatives
• Conduct learning needs analysis and partner stakeholders to define development priorities
• Manage learning partners, programme evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Oversee regional learning calendar, participant tracking, and programme communications
• Support career development frameworks and regional rollouts
• Contribute to diversity & inclusion initiatives and employee community activities
• Coordinate logistics with internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery
