Senior HR Executive (Talent Acquisition/ Construction, North Region)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job profiling and sourcing to offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers and business units on manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and campus recruitment.
• Manage pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, including work passes, medical checks and documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, employee data and HR documentation.
• Support day-to-day HR operations, including leave, benefits, engagement, appraisal, welfare and employee relations.
• Handle staff enquiries, disciplinary matters and grievances.
• Improve recruitment and onboarding processes and support HR projects and compliance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and strong in candidate sourcing.
• Organised, meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work independently and as a team player.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and service orientation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR systems, recruitment platforms and job portals.
