Location: Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

Summary:

The Talent Program Coordinator / Concierge is a high-energy, people-centric role at the heart of our most impactful talent and leadership programs. This role focuses on bringing experiences to life through flawless coordination, exceptional service, and thoughtful execution. This role blends operational excellence with a concierge mindset, serving as the go-to partner for participants, facilitators, and leaders while ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless, engaging, and inclusive. This role offers a front-row seat to shaping the future of our talent.

Other Applicable Scope Defining Dimensions:

  • Enterprise-wide impact supporting multiple talent programs and cohorts across functions and career stages
  • High volume, cyclical workload aligned to program launch, delivery, and completion milestones
  • Operates with moderate autonomy within established program frameworks and policies, escalating risks or exceptions as needed
  • Regular interaction with employees, people leaders, HR partners, and external vendors
  • Blend of virtual, hybrid, and occasional in-person program support, including coordination across time zones

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong program coordination and project management capability, high-touch customer service and stakeholder partnership skills, clear and engaging written and verbal communication, comfort with data tracking and learning systems, continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • Must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in coordinating HR, talent, learning, or change programs in a fast-paced corporate environment, demonstrated experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and vendors, hands-on experience using HRIS, LMS, or collaboration tools.
  • Must have continuous learning mindset with interest in talent development and employee experience.
  • Must be amenable to a full night shift schedule from 8pm to 5am
