Introduction
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an operational specialist responsible for the accurate and efficient execution of key recruitment administration tasks. This role ensures the smooth progression of candidates from initial application through to onboarding, acting as a crucial link between recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional HR systems.
Your Role And Responsibilities
Job Requisition & Screening Support
- Create and manage Job Requisitions (JR), including Campus and internal conversion requests.
- Perform weekly JR audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Support phone screening and campus hiring initiatives.
Interview & Assessment Coordination
- Schedule interviews across global teams, with a focus on support for the Philippines and India.
- Administer technical and non-technical (Case Study) assessments to candidates.
Offer Management
- Validate offer details and generate formal offer letters.
Preboarding Administration
- Initiate and monitor background checks.
- Manage post-offer processes critical to payroll and employment, including:
- Work pass/visa document collection
- Pre-employment medical checks
- Ensure all pre-employment conditions are satisfied before day one.
Onboarding Coordination
- Facilitate the candidate handoff from Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to core HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Coordinate onboarding activities with relevant teams.
- Ensure timely uploading of all candidate documents into HRIS.
Process Improvement & Team Support
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, analyze recruitment data, and support project leadership.
Tracks
- Operational Leadership Track: Ideal for those who enjoy team collaboration, process optimization, and providing supervisory support.
- Analytical Track: Suited for individuals passionate about data reporting, analysis, and creating systematic efficiencies.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- No minimum professional experience required; training will be provided.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- At least 1 year of administrative or coordination experience in a professional office setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with core productivity software (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook) and a strong aptitude for learning new web-based platforms and tools.
- A curiosity about or willingness to adapt to new technologies, including AI-powered tools that streamline recruitment workflows.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Smart Recruiters) is a significant advantage.
- A basic understanding of global recruitment processes, candidate documentation, or regional employment compliance is a plus.
