About The Role
Point seeks a talented, experienced Talent Coordinator to join the Point Manila Team. As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting Point's high-growth hiring goals by coordinating interviews and keeping recruiting operations running smoothly. You will own the scheduling candidate experience from start to finish, ensuring a high-touch, timely, and professional process and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and create a more seamless experience for candidates and internal teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews through phone/email/text, working directly with candidates, hiring managers, and talent partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates during interviews, ensuring clarity on logistics and maintaining a high-touch candidate experience.
- Coordinate the post-interview debrief meetings.
- Partner with talent partners and hiring managers to create, update and post job postings in the ATS and on external platforms
- Maintain candidate profiles and ensure data accuracy and cleanliness in the ATS.
- Regularly monitor ATS to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are being met to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Support reporting and data entry needs related to recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Identify and recommend improvements to scheduling processes, communication workflows, and overall candidate experience.
- Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders by delivering reliable support and value-added coordination.
- Assist with the support of additional recruiting initiatives and talent branding efforts as needed.
About You
- A BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, people operations, or high-volume scheduling.
- A passion for people - you are smart, thoughtful, emotionally intelligent, empathic, and excited to bring out the best in people.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and networking skills, coupled with the ability to interact with all levels throughout the organization.
- Relationship development through credibility, empathy, and value creation.
- Strategic problem-solver who can drive and deliver effective recruiting outcomes using good judgment.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and pivot across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
