As a Talent Consultant, you will closely work with the different Talent functions and with your assigned client groups composed of different professionals to facilitate Performance Management and People Engagement activities. You will also be involved in developing strategies and programs which require problem solving and decision-making capabilities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client groups. Address and resolve requests, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Support the development of key talent priorities.
  • Build close relationships/networks with Regional, Area, and Global Talent teams as well as other functional stakeholders.
  • Handle and resolve employee issues and concerns.
  • Facilitate performance management and career development plans and programs.
  • Implement Firm policies and handle code of conduct violations or non-compliances.
  • Spearhead employee engagement initiatives through different employee listening tools.
  • Analyze data and trends through information gathered from people pulse and exit interviews and surveys.
  • Assist in the change management required for successful implementation of Global, Area, and local Talent priorities.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum two (2) years work experience as HR Business Partner OR minimum three (3) years relevant work experience as HR Officer or HR Generalist.
  • Has experience in Project Management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Counselling, Strategic Partnering, and Stakeholder Management.
