Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR support, marketing, or admin coordination
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for content posting and engagement
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Willingness to undergo and a background check
  • Willing to work with Zoom Camera ON during the 8 hours shift

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and people-oriented Talent Attraction & Employer Branding Specialist to support recruitment efforts by strengthening employer branding, improving candidate engagement, and assisting in recruitment coordination activities. This role combines employer branding, recruitment content support, candidate engagement, and recruitment coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn modern recruitment marketing and talent attraction strategies. This is a growth-focused role with training and development opportunities in recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination & Support: Assist recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and application updates.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding Support: Assist in promoting company culture, employee experiences, and career opportunities.
  • Creation and posting of recruitment-related content across social media platforms.
  • Candidate Engagement: Support consistent and professional communication with candidates.
  • Assist in improving candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Recruitment Content Support: Assist in creating and scheduling recruitment content.
  • Help ensure content aligns with recruitment goals and employer branding strategy.
  • Administrative & Learning Support: Assist with ATS updates and recruitment documentation.

Key Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate experience
  • Ability to support simple content creation (Canva is a plus)
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, people-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Technical Requirements:

  • Windows 11 operating system or MacOS 13+
  • 256GB Storage space - minimum
  • 8-16GB RAM - minimum
  • Dual Core CPU - minimum
  • Camera: HD Webcam (720p)
  • Headset: Noise canceling (preferably)
  • Internet Speed: 50 Mbps - minimum
