Talent Assessment Specialist – ANZ Financial Services (Junior Level)
As a Talent Assessment Specialist, you'll bring strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a keen eye for identifying top talent. You will play a pivotal role in screening and assessing candidates for front-office/corporate roles for our Financial Services client in the ANZ regions.
What you will be doing- Participate in role briefings with recruiters to gain a thorough understanding of position requirements
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens based on established criteria, evaluating candidates skills and experience to assess their suitability for various roles
- Prepare detailed candidate notes in the Applicant Tracking System for recruiter review
- Confidently share your assessment of candidates skills and personality fit, and flag any concerns to the recruitment team as appropriate
- Ensure candidates are kept informed about their application status in a timely manner and manage updates within the Applicant Tracking System
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate inquiries
What you offer
- 1-2 years experience in a high-volume global recruitment role (coordination, leads generation, sourcing, etc)
- Exposure to recruitment if front office/corporate roles such as investment banking, private equity or asset management is advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a great attention to detail
- The ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements and role types
- Experience using an ATS and comfortable learning new technology
