Responsible for supporting the organization and recording of colleague learning and development activities. Ensuring the timely and accurate administration of the Learning Management System (LMS Oracle Learn) and other talent activities using relevant trackers and dashboards. Responding to colleague inquiries in MyHR using established knowledge articles and FAQs.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Works to MyHR Service Level Agreements (SLAs), to respond to first line talent and learning queries.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of people data and learning records through maintaining and updating Oracle Learn.
  • Setting up learning initiatives, learning courses and offerings on Oracle Learn.
  • Checking and marking attendance of learning courses on training systems.
  • Managing and reporting on learning waitlists.
  • Managing and reporting on training attendance.
  • Producing additional reports on a regular and ad hoc basis.
You'll need to have:
  • Fluency/Expert level of spoken and written English.
  • An in-depth understanding of Oracle Learn/Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience of working in Learning/HR Operational or Service roles.
  • Advanced level of Excel.
  • Proficient in English language.
You'll also have:
  • Experience working in HR/Learning role.
  • A strong systematic, process driven approach to tasks with a very close attention to quality.
  • Strong organizational capabilities: ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks across a number of focus areas to consistently assure timeliness and quality of outcomes.
  • Ability to understand stakeholder needs through appropriate questioning and clarification.
