Enabling the building of skills, capabilities and behaviors across the business through supporting the coordination, management and delivery of learning and talent development programmes. Working with internal and external learning providers to support the delivery of learning. Providing project support relating to talent development activities and the annual performance cycle. Acting as a point of contact for talent and learning colleague inquiries and supports the optimum usage of the LMS (Oracle Learn) to enhance the administrative and colleague experience.
You'll be responsible for:
  • Providing advice and coordination of all talent and learning transactional processes.
  • Working to MyHR Service Level Agreements (SLAs), to respond to first line talent and learning Queries.
  • Supporting and has a sound understanding of talent and learning processes, policies and guidance.
  • Ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of people data and learning records through maintaining and updating Oracle Learn.
  • Updating and maintaining MyHR knowledge articles relating to talent and learning.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of talent and learning delivery processes.
  • Develops working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders such as Digital and HR to ensure the smooth functionality and continuous improvement of Oracle Learn.
  • Working with local and global team members to support the operational delivery of central/regional learning programmes.
  • Overseeing the creation of health and safety learning courses on Oracle Learn to reflect the health and safety training matrix and local/regional health and safety training programmes as requested.
  • Advising on health and safety learning suppliers in accordance with the preferred supplier list.
  • Completes health and safety learning colleague attendance on Oracle learn.
  • Processing health and safety certificates in Oracle.
  • Supporting annual cycle and ad hoc talent development projects as required
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure highest standard or learning and learning needs are met.
  • Producing reports to provide talent and learning insight.
  • Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition.
You'll need to have:
  • Fluency/Expert level of spoken and written English.
  • A good understanding of Oracle Learn/Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience of working in Learning/HR Operational or Service roles.
  • Advanced level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong project management skills.
You'll also have:
  • Experience working in HR/Learning role.
  • Good stakeholder management skills and outlook/perspective.
  • A strong systematic, process driven approach to tasks with very close attention to quality.
  • Strong organizational capabilities: ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks across a number of focus areas to consistently assure timeliness and quality of outcomes.
