We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Media Talent & Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate projects involving talents, influencers, artists, vloggers, and other media personalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent coordination and project management, with a keen eye for design and exceptional scheduling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various talents and media personalities to align schedules, deliverables, and expectations.
- Maintain and manage detailed calendars for shoots, meetings, and events.
- Collaborate with creative teams on set design, studio layouts, and visual aesthetics.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior coordinators and support staff.
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in talent coordination and project management.
- Proven ability to manage schedules and calendars with precision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with media personalities such as influencers, vloggers, and artists.
- A good eye for design, especially in set design and studio aesthetics.
- Proficient in project management tools and calendar applications.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
