Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Media Talent & Project Coordinator to oversee and coordinate projects involving talents, influencers, artists, vloggers, and other media personalities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent coordination and project management, with a keen eye for design and exceptional scheduling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various talents and media personalities to align schedules, deliverables, and expectations.
  • Maintain and manage detailed calendars for shoots, meetings, and events.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on set design, studio layouts, and visual aesthetics.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or delays.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior coordinators and support staff.
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in talent coordination and project management.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules and calendars with precision.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with media personalities such as influencers, vloggers, and artists.
  • A good eye for design, especially in set design and studio aesthetics.
  • Proficient in project management tools and calendar applications.
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
