Basic Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Amenable to work onsite in McKinley Hills, Taguig
• Bamboo HR good to have skill only
• Candidate must have experiences in facilitating briefing, debriefing calls and calibration calls
• Candidate must have swift understanding of hiring needs and its BAQs
• Good time management and email management skills
• Is able to do on time job posting for open roles
• With a little understanding of hiring for candidates with understanding of pharma and healthcare products (Sales Pharma)
• Should be on top of their numbers, data driven and aware of requisition utilization
• Experienced in publishing hiring reports
• Experienced in scheduling candidates via Outlook
• Experienced in using LinkedIn
• Good at paper-screening LinkedIn profiles
• With people and client management experience
