As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for...

• Managing full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
• Coordinating interviews and manage stakeholder communication.
• Maintaining recruitment data and track hiring metrics.
• Ensuring a strong candidate experience and employer branding.

What you already have...

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
