Job Summary:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing hiring processes in line with relevant standards, ensuring high quality and timely execution. You will play a key role in promoting the organization to attract and engage candidates throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will actively contribute to recruiting and marketing initiatives, such as job fairs and campus recruiting, to meet hiring needs and enhance the RSP brand in the talent market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment tasks with a focus on quality, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Promote the organization effectively to engage candidates at each stage of the hiring process.
- Participate in various recruitment and marketing initiatives (e.g., job fairs, campus recruitment) to meet hiring demands and strengthen RSP's employer brand.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage job postings to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Assist in the development of monthly recruitment advertising plans and maintain recruitment channels to meet staffing needs.
- Accurately update recruitment records in a timely manner.
- Assist in generating reports as needed based on recruitment requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
