Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill organizational needs. The role involves developing and implementing effective employer branding strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and providing a seamless candidate recruiting experience. As a key team member, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work collaboratively to contribute towards establishing a strong workforce that aligns with Versa's values and culture of innovation.

Qualifications
  • Proficient skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Experience in conducting effective Interviews and streamlining Hiring processes
  • Ability to develop and execute Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is an advantage
  • Experience in recruitment for technology, security, or similar industries is a plus
