Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Baguio City. Responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to overseeing the hiring process and onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also develop and implement employer branding strategies, collaborate with teams to identify staffing needs, and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Full-Lifecycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Strong skills in Recruiting strategies and Interviewing techniques
• Understanding and knowledge of Employer Branding practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and on-site environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment metrics is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
