Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening through onboarding—ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. This role partners closely with hiring managers, Corporate HR, and business stakeholders to attract, assess, hire, and successfully onboard top talent. The role ensures a positive candidate and new hire experience, while maintaining compliance with labor laws, internal hiring standards, and HR policies. This expands the scope from primarily post-offer onboarding activities to full end-to-end hiring ownership.
Key Responsibilities
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, and referrals
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, technical fit, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Ensure timely feedback collection and movement of candidates across stages
- Prepare and extend offers aligned with company policies
- Support offer discussions and negotiations in coordination with hiring managers
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Manage all post-offer requirements including background checks, medical exams, and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of employment contracts and compliance forms
- Act as the main point of contact from offer acceptance to Day 1
- Coordinate onboarding schedules, orientation sessions, and Day 1 readiness
- Partner with Corporate HR to ensure smooth transition from candidate to employee
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, timelines, and role expectations
- Track hiring progress through ATS/HR systems
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, hiring targets, and process efficiency
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment and onboarding records
- Collect and analyze candidate and new hire feedback to improve hiring experience
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Operations (BPO/IT preferred)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and labor law compliance
- Experience using ATS, HRIS, and sourcing tools
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
