Job Description:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support end-to-end recruitment activities and help deliver quality hires across multiple roles. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, people-focused, and eager to build a career in talent acquisition.
Candidates with prior experience in software development, QA, or other technical roles who are interested in transitioning into recruitment are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in creating and posting job advertisements
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Support reporting, tracking, and other recruitment-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition support
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Resume screening and interview coordination
- Candidate communication and relationship building
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience using an ATS or recruitment platforms
- Exposure to hiring for technical or specialized roles
- Background in IT, software development, QA, or other technical disciplines
