Straive is urgently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our end-to-end recruitment efforts and help scale our high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer stage.
- Strategic Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier talent through diverse channels and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional and seamless experience for all applicants.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in corporate end-to-end recruitment.
- Proven track record of filling high-volume hiring within the BPO industry.
- Proficiency with ATS tools and modern recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Is amenable to work fully onsite (Paranaque City)
