(They include Rise Science, Mightier, and Lumeris, to name a few.) About the Team
Our leadership previously founded and led a national digital health company (>$15M raised), with a team of 100+ employees across the US and that sold to a 2,000-person incumbent.We're a tight-knit team that's driven to move fast and take on some of the biggest problems in healthcare. (We're still in stealth, so we haven't published much on our business externally.)
About the Role
Our business is scaling quickly, with fast-growing healthcare companies as our partners. With this growth, we're looking for an individual to step up in the Talent and People Operations team, working directly with our leadership. Some of these responsibilities would include:
What You'll Own
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needs
- Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings
- Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications
- Improve onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth
- Improve people operations processes, ensuring a seamless experience for team members
- Develop and improve people policies to support smoother operations and enable the team to scale more effectively.
- Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives
About You
Core Experience
- Experience in talent acquisition, human resources, people operations, or related roles.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
- Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
