Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time role responsible for managing recruitment activities for various functions across Monde Nissin Corporation. This hybrid position is based in Santa Rosa City, with a blend of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating full-life cycle recruiting processes, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and conducting interviews. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate closely with HR and business teams to align staffing strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interviewing and Hiring, ensuring fair, structured, and competency-based assessment of applicants.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employer Branding, helping promote Monde Nissin as an employer of choice in target talent markets.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR colleagues.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and social media for talent sourcing is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in talent acquisition.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within FMCG or large-scale organizations, is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Santa Rosa City, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold inclusive and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
