Your Role
As a
Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Conduct initial phone and paper screenings of applicants to assess qualifications and shortlist candidates for evaluation.
- Manage candidate communication, providing timely updates on application status and interview schedules.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while supporting job ad postings on various portals.
- Update recruitment tracking systems and spreadsheets accurately to ensure seamless candidate placement activities.
- Analyze industry trends and competitor practices to provide recommendations for improving candidate engagement.
- Support the wider Talent Acquisition team with recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Willingness to work onsite at Eastwood and commit to a fixed-term role of up to 5 months.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Experience in candidate endorsement or previous recruitment support roles.
