Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding. This role works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the organization attracts and hires top talent aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define job requirements and hiring strategies
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (typically 25 years)
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/ HRIS and MS Office
Note: This is a temporary role of 3-5 months. Expected start date is on 3rd week of April 2026.
