JOB SUMMARY:The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support our growth objectives through recruitment. They must attract individuals with grit and talent while significantly enhancing the company's recruitment process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Align recruitment strategies with market dynamics, the company's growth goals, and culture.
  • Execute recruiting strategies to ensure a pipeline of top talent to support business expansion and innovation.
  • Leverage prior professional experience to bring a holistic perspective to talent acquisition efforts, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and drive organizational success.
  • Accelerate hiring timelines and implement proactive measures to address staffing challenges and business demands
  • Take ownership of the talent acquisition process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and attract individuals with the right mix of grit, talent, and cultural fit to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, utilizing innovative sourcing methods, networking opportunities, and employer branding strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement, technology adoption, and skill development.
  • Utilize data analytics to gather insights on recruitment performance, trends, and opportunities for optimization, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.

  • QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree program
    • Proven 4-5 years experiencein talent acquisition for internal recruitment or in-house talent management
    • Can work on-site, 5 days/week
    • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, and best practices.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
