JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the recruitment and manpower selection of suitable pool of applicants needed for various positions in the Company.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of any degree (4-5 years course). Preferably a graduate of Psychology or other behavioral courses or Under Graduate of atleast 2 years in college
Computer proficiency (MS Office particularly Excel and Word, Internet)
High level of confidentiality
Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Good customer service orientation
Above-average communication skills in written and oral English
