JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the recruitment and manpower selection of suitable pool of applicants needed for various positions in the Company.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of any degree (4-5 years course). Preferably a graduate of Psychology or other behavioral courses
Computer proficiency (MS Office particularly Excel and Word, Internet)
High level of confidentiality
Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Good customer service orientation
Above-average communication skills in written and oral English
