Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending job offers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers involved
Administer online assessments and support candidates with Workday application completion and system navigation.
Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing clear, accurate, and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct HR interviews for rank-and-file and supervisory positions, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational standards.
Ensure timely completion, accuracy, and compliance of all pre-employment requirements, including verification and collection of required documentation.
Lead sourcing and employer branding initiatives by promoting the organization to prospective candidates and developing strategies to expand and strengthen the talent pipeline.
Drive project management initiatives by leading BU and project-related calls and developing, executing, and sustaining continuous improvement efforts.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, local operations, and Business Units to support workforce planning and hiring goals.
Collaborate with leadership to track, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of recruiting-related data. Provide insights and recommend improvements for data management practices.
Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) for assigned roles and supported divisions as needed, ensuring continuity and operational effectiveness.
Lead the preparation of weekly and monthly recruitment reports, ensuring accurate data tracking and report development in collaboration with the supervisor for consistency
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the divisions supported, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members on processes and best practices
Act as a Process Champion by identifying best practices, driving innovation, and improving existing recruitment processes.
Represent Talent Acquisition in project discussions, calibration sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Minimum of 3 years of sourcing and recruitment experience, preferably within the BPO or Shared Services industry
Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of roles and functions
Proven ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitment processes
Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related platforms and tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and influencing capabilities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with local and global operations leaders
Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and similar platforms, for reporting and presentations
Knowledge of competency-based and behavioral-based interviewing techniques
Intermediate problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of Boolean search techniques is an advantage
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
