- Conduct fun and engaging interviews
- Work with managers to fill hiring needs
- Help new hires feel welcome and excited on their first day
- Keep our hiring process smooth, fast, and people-friendly
- Organized, energetic, and creative in finding talent
- A graduate of HRDM, Psychology, or any related course
- Licensed Psychometrician is a plus
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in recruitment
