About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will not only manage full recruitment process but also act as a strategic partner in driving business success through people. This role goes beyond filling positions it's about selecting the right talent that will generate profit and deliver long-term retention for the company.
You will be a key player in the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring recruitment health metrics are met, drive compliance within the team, and support value-added initiatives such as automation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
I. End-to-End Recruitment Ownership
- Manage the full recruitment process (from Job Posting to Offer)
- Ensure the selection of candidates who demonstrate both high performance potential and strong retention likelihood.
II. Talent Sourcing & Market Engagement
- Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, Career Site, FB Ads) to source and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
III. Strategic Recruitment Impact
- Assess candidates beyond skills with a focus on profitability, culture fit, and retention.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring strategies and business alignment.
IV. Process & Compliance Leadership
- Help ensure team members maintain accurate and timely data input into trackers and recruitment systems.
- Support and drive automation initiatives, process documentation, and continuous improvement projects.
- Uphold compliance and consistency in recruitment practices.
V. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements and success profiles.
- Act as a trusted advisor, balancing speed, quality, and business profitability in hiring decisions.
- Exhibit independence, agility, and a business-owner mindset in Talent Acquisition.

Who You Are
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
- Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter and confident in using Boolean search techniques to find top talent.
- Team player and lifelong learner, always open to feedback, collaboration, and new ways to improve.
