Location: Alabang (On-site), Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines

Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within Pinnacle Intelligences Recruitment Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our hiring engine forward. Youll design and execute recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent, ensuring every step of the process reflects our commitment to Accelerate with Precision. From sourcing to onboarding, youll collaborate across departments to deliver a seamless candidate experience while upholding the highest standards of compliance and integrity. This role demands agility, strategic thinking, and a passion for building strong partnerships hallmarks of our value to Shift into High Gear.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

  • Craft compelling job postings and recruitment materials that resonate with qualified candidates.
  • Ensure all postings comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accurate applicant logs and recruitment records in line with audit requirements.
  • Optimize sourcing channels to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality candidates.
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screenings aligned with company and client-specific criteria.
  • Deliver shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers for evaluation.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, contracts, and candidate notifications.
  • Perform pre-offer assessments such as reference checks when required.
  • Participate in recruiter certification activities including calibration and observation sessions.
  • Support the TA Manager in achieving team productivity and performance goals.

Stakeholder Management


  • Foster strong partnerships with Operations and Business Unit stakeholders.
  • Lead calibration sessions to align on role profiles and hiring expectations.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication through meetings, calls, and reports.

Reports Management


  • Monitor and report on daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment metrics.
  • Maintain organized documentation to meet internal and external audit standards.
  • Accurately update applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Recommend process enhancements and innovative sourcing strategies.

Onboarding


  • Manage post-offer processes including background checks, regulatory clearances, and medical requirements.
  • Maintain candidate engagement through the onboarding phase.
  • Coordinate start dates and handovers with HR, Training, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with orientation and onboarding activities as needed.
  • Support documentation collection and validation for pre-employment requirements.

Leadership and Support


  • Provide mentorship and guidance to recruitment support staff.
  • Prepare and distribute daily recruitment updates to leadership.

Attrition Monitoring & Continuous Improvement


  • Monitor attrition trends and contribute to retention initiatives.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment policies and practices.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks to support business objectives and uphold our Quality Management System.

Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing, competency profiling, interviewing, and behavioral assessments.
  • Experience recruiting across corporate, executive, support, and leadership roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms and tools.
  • Flexible and willing to work on shifting or rotating schedules.
  • Amenability: Willing to work full onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa. Available for a fixed weekday mid-shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with weekends off.
