Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Executive with proven experience in global bulk recruitment. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume, fast-turnaround environments and has hands-on experience hiring contractors, gig workers, and distributed talent across international markets.

You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, stakeholder coordination, and building scalable talent pipelines across geographies and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume and gig workforce hiring across global markets
  • Drive bulk hiring campaigns with speed, quality, and process compliance
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including global job boards, social platforms, talent communities, and outreach campaigns
  • Build and maintain active pipelines of gig, contract, and project-based talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce demand and delivery timelines
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates efficiently for large-scale hiring needs
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments across regions and time zones
  • Manage offer discussions, rate negotiations, and onboarding coordination
  • Track recruitment metrics and meet hiring SLAs and targets
  • Work with ATS and recruitment tools to manage candidate data and reporting

Required Skills & Experience

  • 36 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to bulk/global hiring
  • Proven experience hiring gig workers, contract staff, or project-based talent
  • Experience in international recruitment across multiple geographies preferred
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and execution-focused
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring is preferred
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment platforms is an advantage
