About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our Philippine-based recruitment team. This role will be responsible for managing full-cycle hiring operations for both volume hiring and niche hiring projects for our Contact Center and BPO clients in Cebu and Manila. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment, performance-oriented, and innovative in sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets for mass recruitment and specialized roles.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring efficient, high-quality candidate delivery for clients in Cebu and Manila.
- Develop and execute non-conventional sourcing strategies, including Facebook groups, LinkedIn groups, community networks, and other creative digital channels.
- Monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and ensure accountability for achieving recruitment goals.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to understand hiring needs, staffing projections, and market trends.
- Identify sourcing challenges in the Philippine talent market and propose effective, data-driven solutions.
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and recruitment best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in hiring for contact centers and BPOs, including both high-volume and specialized positions.
- Demonstrated success in using social media, online communities, and unconventional sourcing channels to attract talent.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to address and overcome sourcing challenges in the Philippine recruitment landscape.
