The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruitment strategies and execution for iOPEX Philippines, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring processes.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and deliver hiring solutions.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position iOPEX PH as an employer of choice.
- Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
- Implement technology-driven recruitment solutions to enhance candidate experience.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on hiring trends and challenges.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in high-volume and niche hiring within the Philippines market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
